 Consult the Mexican
Embassies or Consulates in your country for visas.
The tourist card (FMT) doesn’t allow you to work or do volunteer
jobs.
To find out all the formal procedures you need, in order to obtain
an internship, a remunerative or volunteer activity or a business
trip in Mexico, log on to the website www.inami.gob.mx
(In Spanish, English, and French).
Volunteer jobs
Many opportunities are offered if you want to do some volunteer
jobs (or if you are willing to pay some fees to do this). The projects
are as different as the protection of the sea turtles, the observation
of Human Rights as well as helping children who are victims of rape.

This Quaker center in Mexico City
places volunteers in some social projects or project for the defense
of the environment. They accept help for the management of the house.
Sedepac :
Mexican NGO that is in charge of the summer chantiers in the
country or Indian communities.
Sipaz :
International Service for peace, which needs Spanish speaking
volunteers to work one year or more in Chiapas.
Vive Mexico :
Mexican NGO that coordinates international groups working in
social, ecological and cultural fields.
