Means of transportation

By plane : The International airport "Ponciano Arriaga" (SLP) is located 9.5 km (7 Miles) north of downtown via the road to Saltillo. There are several daily flights from Mexico City : from 2 to 5 daily flights with Aeromar, (444) 817 79 36 and from 5 to 7 daily flights with Aeromexico. There are also flights to the other airports in the country via Mexico City. Aeromar also offers direct flights to San Antonio (USA). Information at the airport : (444) 822 00 95.

Bus station : The Terminal Terrestre Potosina, Carretera Central is located just outside the city of San Luis, in front of the interchange Benito Juárez # 250. The Bus companies such as Flecha Amarilla and Estrella Blanca - (444) 816 54 77 - service México North Terminal, 25 times a day. They also offer one departure a day to the South Terminal. ETN, (444) 818 67 05 or 818 67 17, offer fifteen departures to North Terminal ( De luxe at $400 One way) - Omnibus de México - (444) 816 81 61 –offer many departures to Aguascalientes, Durango, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Morelia, Querétaro, San Miguel de Allende, Tijuana and Zacatecas. 2010 fees : $326 in primera clase and $390 in De luxe to México Norte, (time ride : 5h).
